Man charged with theft, arson and possession of class B drugs

A man has been charged with theft, arson and possession of a class B drug.

Christopher Brooks, 38, of no fixed address, was charged with arson, possession of a Class B drug, theft of a mobility scooter and for the theft of a radio from The British Heart Foundation store in Lowestoft on London Road North, on bank holiday Monday, May 7.

A spokesman for Suffolk police said Brooks was charged yesterday, Tuesday, May 8 and he is due to appear at Norwich Magistrates’ Court today (Wednesday).
