Man found dead after huge drinking binge

A CARLTON Colville father of two young children was found dead in bed after drinking huge amounts of alcohol, an inquest heard.

Gurdish Bains, 45, was found by his wife at their home in Airedale, Carlton Colville, after he drank so much he would have been more than six times over the legal drink-drive limit if he had been driving, the hearing in Lowestoft was told on Friday.

Greater Suffolk deputy coroner Yvonne Blake recorded a verdict of accidental death.
