POLICE are seeking witnesses after trouble flared in an altercation in Lowestoft.
A 19-year-old man suffered bruises and grazes following the altercation in Clapham Road North about 5.30pm yesterday (Thursday, November 26).
Officers are asking anyone who saw the incident to call Lowestoft police on 01986 835300.
