Masked robbers raid Beccles jeweller
THREE masked robbers threatened staff at a jewellery shop with a hammer before escaping with a quantity of jewels yesterday.A 46-year-old female member of staff suffered minor facial injuries which have been treated by paramedics.

A 46-year-old female member of staff suffered minor facial injuries which have been treated by paramedics.
It happened in New Market, Beccles, at about 4.30pm. The men were wearing black clothing including black hooded tops and balaclavas. A silver vehicle was seen leaving the area of the White Horse pub at speed and headed towards Gillingham.
A vehicle was found on fire in Church Road, Gillingham, at about 4.45 pm, but it's not confirmed if this vehicle is connected to this incident.
