Materials set alight in Lowestoft
POLICE are appealing for information after building materials were set alight in Lowestoft on Tuesday night.Pallets of building materials, which were stacked in front of the beach chalets on the Esplanade, and six bags of roof tar were moved into the concrete sheltered area of public seating before being set alight.

Pallets of building materials, which were stacked in front of the beach chalets on the Esplanade, and six bags of roof tar were moved into the concrete sheltered area of public seating before being set alight between 8.25pm and 8.30pm.
Police are appealing for anyone with information about this incident to call PC 1464 Barney at Lowestoft Police Station on 01986 835300 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
