After hearing the tragic news of Lil Chris' death, popular boy band McBusted decided to dedicate one of their songs to the young performer at a show last night.
The singer-songwriter, actor and television personality, who found fame as a 15-year-old, was found dead at an address in Lowestoft on Monday morning.
At their well attended gig in Sheffield, the band sang their song 'Fight For Your Right' in memory of Chris, who performed with McFly on their 'Up Close and Personal Tour' throughout the UK in 2007.
Lil Chris was also a part of band member James Bourne's musical Loserville in the West End.
Addressing the crowd, singer Tom Fletcher said he was a 'lovely guy' and a 'good friend'. He also said that 'we would play this song, and he (Chris) would come on stage and sing it with us'.
