An award-winning crime author will be talking about her new book at special events in Waveney next month.

Elly Griffiths, the author of the best-selling Dr Ruth Galloway Mysteries, will be talking about her latest book – The Dark Angel – at sessions in Reydon and Beccles next month.

The London-born novelist will appear at the 'meet the crime author' events, organised in conjunction with Southwold Library and Beccles Library. They are held at Reydon Village Hall on February 10 at 7pm, and at Beccles Library on February 17 from 11am, as part of the library's coffee morning.

A spokesman for Southwold Library said: 'Elly will be talking about her writing including her new Ruth Galloway book, The Dark Angel, and signing copies of the book.'
