WITNESSES are being sought after car keys were stolen from a house in Pakefield and used to take a Red Mercedes CLS from the owner's garage. The burglary in Love Lane happened between 4.30pm on Friday, June 10 and 11.55pm on Saturday, June 11. Police were alerted by a member of the public who saw a group of men acting suspiciously near a red Mercedes in Britten Road. Checks were made with the car's owner who said it should have been locked up in his garage. Officers attended and discovered the burglary. The Mercedes was later recovered.
