Misjudged public toilet closure

AS a regular visitor to Lowestoft, I was appalled to find that the public toilets in Saxon Road Pakefield had been closed, and people were told to use the ones in Pakefield Street.
AS a regular visitor to Lowestoft, I was appalled to find that the public toilets in Saxon Road Pakefield had been closed, and people were told to use the ones in Pakefield Street. I and the locals would know where these toilets were, but the majority of the visitors wouldn't. Surely it would have been better to close the ones in Pakefield Street?
