ST Edmunds Church, Kessingland was filled to capacity for the funeral service on Friday, September 4, followed by burial in the churchyard for Nikki Welch, of London Road, Kessingland, who died on August 16, aged 31.

ST Edmunds Church, Kessingland was filled to capacity for the funeral service on Friday, September 4, followed by burial in the churchyard for Nikki Welch, of London Road, Kessingland, who died on August 16, aged 31.

The Rev Joan Oddy officiated.

Mourners were: James and Lee Welch, Mrs E Barnes, Charmaine and Rosie, Laura, Barbara, Rachel and Sophie, Pauline, Sophie, Andrew and Sam, Jayne and James, Estelle, Jack and baby Shopia, Mrs H Burrell, Linda, Kathy and Brian, Audrey and Dave, Karen, Paul, Tony, David, Gary, Chris, Emma, Laura and Wasim, Audrey and Jean, Karen, Paul and Tom.

Numerous friends and relatives also attended the service too many to mention by name.

The family wish to thank all relatives and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy and beautiful floral tributes received. Special thanks to the numerous friends and neighbours who attended from near and afar, the family who travelled from London by coach and the driver who coped so well with parking. Jayne, James, Estelle, Debra and Sophie for their beautiful readings. Gordon and staff at Livingstones for their hospitality, last but not least dear Joan who conducted the service with such warmth and sincerity.

Funeral arrangements were by Critoph & Crowe, 49-55 Lorne Park Road, Lowestoft.
