A 20-year old man was taken to hospital with a suspected broken leg last night (Wednesday), after a crash involving his motorcycle and a car.
Emergency services were called to Evans Drive, at the junction with Fir Lane, at about 9pm to reports of a collision between a Ford Fusion car and a Kawasaki motorcycle.
An ambulance crew and ambulance officer attended and took the man to the James Paget University Hospital.
A police spokesman added that 'Fir Lane and Evans Drive were closed to clear up an oil spill following the incident, and some hedging/fencing was damaged after the motorcycle crashed into it.'
