THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium, on July 15, for Alfred Charles Pinnick, of Bungay, aged 89, who died at Carlton Hall Residential Home on June 29.

Canon Ian Bentley officiated.

Mourners were: daughter Pam and Peter, grandchildren Claire, Robert and Donna, great-granddaughter Jessica, Margaret and Alan Baker, David Baker, Jack and Pat Amer, Terry Tidbury, Doreen Insley, Muriel Spooner, Michael Spooner, Cassie and Jo (also representing Carlton Hall).

The family wish to thank all relatives and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy, beautiful floral tributes received and donation which are still being accepted for East Anglia Air Ambulance c/o Critoph & Crowe, 49-55 Lorne Park Road, Lowestoft NR33 0RB.

Special thanks to the staff of Carlton Hall and the doctors and nurses of Bungay Medical Practice for your help in the past when Alfie was living in Bungay.
