THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium on November 29 for Bertie Ronald Howlett of Blyford Residential Home who died on November 15 aged 90.

THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium on November 29 for Bertie Ronald Howlett of Blyford Residential Home who died on November 15 aged 90.

The Rev Pat Olivent-Hayes officiated.

Mourners were, Mark, Jo and family, Alison, Gary, Lauren and Lewis Jenkins, Maria, Shaun, Ben, Charlotte and Jess, Philip Howlett, Dave Howlett, Ben Howlett, Marie and Kieron Shreeve, Ben Cunningham and Charlotte Richardson, Mr and Mrs B Dyble, Mr John Sterry, Mr Derek Sculfor, Michael and Steph Howlett, Chris Osborne, Mrs Geraldine Coult, Maria and Eddy Osborne, Diane and Colin Wharton, Ray and Pauline Wharton, Denise Longthorne, Julie Harper and Angela Poppy, Mr and Mrs Whaley, Duncan Boggis, Ivan Harvey, Gill Kierby, Denise Smith (Blyford Residential Home), Brenda and Billy, Mr and Mrs R Rix, D Manthorpe, Mr and Mrs B Quantrill.

The family of the late Bertie Howlett wish to thank all relatives and friends for their many kind expressions of sympathy, beautiful floral tributes and donations received. Donations for the RNLI (Lowestoft) are still being accepted c/o R Rivett Limited, 15 Carlton Road, Lowestoft, NR33 0RU.
