THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium on November 13 for Gerald Claud Vincent who died peacefully on November 3, aged 82. He was much loved and respected as was shown by the large number of family, friends and colleagues from the former Eastern Coachworks, Heartcare, the dancing club and the Amicus/Unite Trade Union.

Special thanks to Dr Kelly and staff at London Road South surgery for looking after Gerald for so many years, to the paramedics, the EADU at the James Paget Hospital for their kindness and care to us and Gerald during his last few hours, and to the Rev'd Marilyn Zipfel.
