THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium on Wednesday, December 23 for Mr Harold Hurd of Oulton Broad who died on December 11 aged 90 years.
THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium on Wednesday, December 23 for Mr Harold Hurd of Oulton Broad who died on December 11 aged 90 years.
The Rev Matthew Payne officiated.
Mourners were: Mrs Babs Hurd (Wife), Mr and Mrs Doug Robinson (Daughter and Son-In-Law), Mr and Mrs Mark and Amanda Scrancher (Granddaughter and Husband), Miss Christine Robinson and Mr Tyron Jones (Granddaughter and Partner), Mr Frank West, Mrs S Parish, Mr and Mrs H Easey, Miss J Pirrie, Mr D Suggate, Mr and Mrs L Howard, Mr and Mrs P Catchpole and Cheryl and Lucas from Lilac Lodge.
Funeral arrangements were by R Rivett Ltd, 15 Carlton Road, Lowestoft NR33 0RU.
Mrs Babs Hurd and Family wish to thank all relatives and friends for their many kind expressions of sympathy and for the beautiful floral tributes received.
Special thanks to R Rivett Ltd for taking care of all the arrangements and for their kindness, the Rev Matthew Payne for his comforting and uplifting service and thanks also to the staff of Lilac Lodge for their care of Harold.
