Jaquie, Simon, Fiona and Mark would sincerely like to thank all friends and family who attended the service. The kind words of comfort and sympathetic support the family received helped to make it a truly memorable occasion.
Special thanks to the Rev Canon Ian Bentley and the staff at James Paget Hospital, especially the Sandra Chapman Centre. Compassionate funeral arrangements were made by R Rivett Ltd, who are still accepting donations for EACH c/o R Rivett Ltd, 15 Carlton Road, Lowestoft, NR33 0RU.
