THE requiem mass took place at Our Lady Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church, Gordon Road, Lowestoft, on Friday, May 29, followed by committal at Gorleston Crematorium, for Jack Leonard Thain, who died on May 7, aged 86.

Father Tony Sketch officiated.
Principal mourners were: Paul and Linda Thain, Christopher and Sue Thain, Tony and Tonia Thain, Joanna Thain, Vicki and Marty Jacobs, Emma Thain, Steven Thain, Selena Thain, Mark Thompson. Many others also attended the service too many to mention by name.
The family wish to thank all relatives and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy and beautiful floral tributes.
