Mourners were, Donna and Steve Smith (mum and dad), Aimee and Rob (sister) Chloe and Kieron (sister), Callum (brother) Craig and Lucy (brother), Jayson and Chloe (brother) Robert and Beth (brother), Steven (brother) Chaz (brother), Mary Pratt and Fred (grandmother), Angie and Tony Smith (grandparents), Fred Youngs (great-grandfather), Ferlin and Clare Quantrill (uncle and auntie), Pat, Lenny, Michelle and Kevin Youngs (auntie and uncle, cousin), Monica, Peter, Lee, Steven and Christopher (auntie, uncle and cousins), Rosemarie, Jefferey, Kirby, Luke and Joanna Howes (auntie and cousins), Kim, Mick, Greg and Josh Smith (auntie/uncle and cousins), Julie, Ashton, Dan and Reggie (auntie and cousins), Ricky, Kieron, Kayleigh, Kirk and Kara Smith (uncle and cousins), Tony and Maxine (uncle), Tracey, Dave, Megan, Jake, Daniel and Darren Smith (auntie and cousins), Debbie, Matty and Kieron (nephew).

Many other friends attended too numerous to mention.

Unavoidably absent were: Lisa, Justin, Reuben and Eden (Australia) and Auntie Joan from Canvey Island.

Floral tributes were: Forever in our hearts dearest son, Jordie our caring, loving and thoughtful son, we will treasure the memories we have of you, your beautiful smile will be forever in our hearts, love, Mum and Dad. In loving memory of my dear brother, to my beautiful brother you have broken our hearts by leaving but knowing that you live on with those whose lives you've saved brings a little smile to me every day, I am so proud to be your sister, you are my hero, love you forever, Aimee and Rob. Brother forever in our hearts Jords, love you forever, miss you always, Chloe and Keiran. To Jordie, I will miss you lots best brother ever, I will miss the phat jabs, see you again, love you lots, your brother Waggie. Jordie, throughout your life you made me so proud as a big brother, sleep peacefully little bro, love, Craig. Jords, such a small and simple thing you carried with you had such a huge effect, your smile, I know it will live on in me and others and our memories of you, I'll be proud to carry a smile for you every day coz I know you're still smiling, I love and miss you, you'll never be forgotten, your bro Jays. Sadly missed to a loving brother and uncle, we miss you already, the pain will never go away, you will be forever in our hearts, all our love, Rob, Beth and all the kids. In loving memory, courage courage breaking heart be strong, be glad, be brave, dear Jordie is not sleeping in the silence of the grave but is free from life's injustices, all fear and suffering; to walk beside us in the joy, of God's eternal spring, love always, Aunt Clare, Uncle Ferlin, Lewis and Lauren. Dear Jordie, we only knew you for 17 very short years and wish dearly that we could have known you for many more but it was not meant to be, we will always love you and cherish the memories that we already hold very dear in our hearts, God bless from Uncle Len, Auntie Pat, Lisa, Justin, Michelle and Kevin. Jordie, when we go to bed we will look for your bright star in the sky, love you lots, God bless from Lily, Ruby, Reuben and Eden. You will always be in our thoughts, love, Auntie Monica, Uncle Peter, Lee, Steven, Christopher and families. Always remembered; Jordan, you will be sadly missed by all of us and to be taken at such a short period has left us heartbroken but even though we didn't see you as much as we wished, you will never be forgotten and will always be cherished within our hearts forever, but what I really wanted to say was take care of Nanny, Jordan, lots of love, Rosemarie, Shannon, Reece, Kirby, Jeffery, Luke and Joanna. Always in our hearts Jordan, a broken heart no-one can fill, we loved you so much and always will, love you, Kim, Mick, Greg and Josh xxx.

The family of Jordie wish to thank Maggie Pepper (Jordie's GCSE teacher) for the very touching and personal service, also Linda Cook and Julia Howells for the lovely readings, Ria Ritchie for her wonderful song she wrote and performed for Jordie. Joan and Lee Sale such special friends, all the staff at Rivetts, Rob Poll and Richardsons Printers for the lovely booklets. Pauline and Irene for the catering and Kerry and all the staff at The Corton Inn. Paramedics who attended to Jordie and took him to Addenbrookes and all Staff on A and E at James Paget Hospital and the NCCU staff at Addenbrookes. Mark at Suffolk House of Flowers for the beautiful tributes.

Special thanks to Dale, Rogers, Ickle, Casey, Noodles, Hadley and Woolfy for all they did for Jordie, Chloe Sharman for her support to Donna at Addenbrookes. To all Jordie's associates, family friends and friends who attended the service.
