The Character of Our Dad

The spirit and stamina of our dad is something that we will carry with us throughout our own lives and instil into our children.

His outrageous jokes are legendary amongst, not only the family but anyone he met. He was not a man you'd ever forget!

Dad was no stranger to loss, during his long life he has had to say goodbye so many times, to people and dogs, he loved deeply.

Each time, he picked himself up and got on with the life that he'd been blessed with. He endured. He did it in his own way. He had fun and he laughed a lot.

When times were tough he didn't give up, he didn't run away. Dad was loyal and true. He was our teacher.

Don't be sad today, Dad loved and was loved; he was truly wealthy. Think of him cruising past you on his Harley Davidson, wearing his furry hat, and as he passes he'll give you one of his famous cheeky winks!
