A SERVICE of thanksgiving took place at St Margaret's Church on October 23 to celebrate the life of Louis Phillip Marler (Lou) who died on October 10, aged 78.

A SERVICE of thanksgiving took place at St Margaret's Church on October 23 to celebrate the life of Louis Phillip Marler (Lou) who died on October 10, aged 78.

The Rev John Simpson officiated.

Mourners were: Kit Marler (wife), Linda and Russell (daughter and son-in-law), Christopher and Julie (son and daughter-in-law), Jonathan and Janette (son and daughter-in-law), David, Louse, Nicholas, Mark, Charlotte, Hollyanna and Heidi (grandchildren), Louis great-grandchild.
