THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium on Thursday, November 6, for Tony Edward Godbold, of Lowestoft, who died on October 21, aged 52.

THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium on Thursday, November 6, for Tony Edward Godbold, of Lowestoft, who died on October 21, aged 52. The Rev Val Burgess officiated.

Unable to attend were: Daniel and Toby, Tony Wilson and Janet Coleman, Jack and Amy Cunningham, Jeanette and Barry.

Floral tributes were: To a dear brother and uncle, you're the best brother anyone could ask for, rest in peace, free from all your pain, love from brother Terry, Jenny and all the family. In loving memory of a dear brother and uncle, Tony you slipped away without a goodbye, you will always be with us by our side, love Christine, Angie, Chris, Jason, Sam and Kitson. In loving memory of a dear brother and uncle, sadly missed and forever in our thoughts, love Pauline, Robert, Carl and Sarah. You didn't deserve all the pain and suffering you went through Tony, we truly believe it will be made up to you in the resurrection. Until then you're at peace and free from pain. Our love to you Tony, Pat, Barry and family.

Special thanks to Rev Val Burgess for a lovely service and all carers past and present, especially Anglia Care and Oulton Park Care Home, thanks to everyone who made his life bearable.
