THE funeral service took place at Lowestoft Cemetery Chapel on August 3, for Ada Williamson, who died on August 21, aged 92.

The service was conducted by the Rev Robert Soanes.

Mourners were: John and Joan Williamson, Eileen Hillman, Jean and Maurice Long, Stephen and Valerie Williamson, Peter Williamson and Anita, Jodi Williamson, Bill Hillman, Mark and Ali Longthorne, Danny Hillman and Julie, Lee Williamson, Hannah Williamson, Vicky Long and Ian, Terry and Kay Lay, Molly Cole, Lynette Shaw, Tania Morris-Watts, Diane Shaw, Joan Goldsmith, Dora Cooke, Pam Lambert, Beryl Day, Sandra and Brian Saunders, Philip and Jill Stebbings (Coventry), Catherine Smith, Maureen Smith, Alison Palmer and Shirley Carlner, Debbie.

Kevin and Christine Headford were unable to attend.

Ada's family would like to thank Manor Farm Care Home for the love and care shown to mum over the last 16 months. Also the Rev Soanes and Anglia Co-operative Funeral Services for all their help with the arrangements.

They would also like to thank family and friends for their generous donations for Lowestoft Lions Charity Fund for which £193 was raised. Further donations may be made c/o John, 95 Queens Road.
