THE funeral service took place at All Saints' and St Margaret's Church, Pakefield followed by burial in the churchyard on Tuesday, July 1, for Mrs Dorothy Audrey Gardner, of Pakefield, who died on June 19, aged 83.

THE funeral service took place at All Saints' and St Margaret's Church, Pakefield followed by burial in the churchyard on Tuesday, July 1, for Mrs Dorothy Audrey Gardner, of Pakefield, who died on June 19, aged 83.

Canon Brian Wisken officiated.

Mourners were, Charles Gardner (husband), Laurence Gardner (son) and Nicky Gardner (daughter-in-law), Carol Lower (daughter) and Kirk Lower (son-in-law), grandchildren Sarah and David, Lucy and Jenny, Stephen, Matthew, Helen and Katherine and friends, neighbours and representatives of the Samaritans, Pakefield Church and GFS and the Coastal Forces Association and the Alzheimer's Society.

Funeral arrangements were by R Rivett Ltd, 15 Carlton Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk NR33 0RU.

The family of Mrs Dorothy Gardner wish to thank all relatives and friends for their many kind expressions of sympathy, beautiful floral tributes and donations received.
