THE funeral service took place St Edmunds Church, Kessingland, followed by burial in the churchyard for Mrs Gladys May (Glady) Johnston, of Lloyds Avenue, Kessingland, who died on December 26 aged 87 years.

Rev Joan Oddy officiated.

Mourners were: Brenda and Eric Lanham (daughter and son-in-law), Mark (grandson) and Tara Lanham, Julia (granddaughter) and Ian Pelham, Dot Goddard (sister-in-law) (also representing Kevin Nephew and family), Sylvia Goddard (sister-in-law), John (nephew) and Val Holmes, Maureen (niece) and Mick Richard, Barry (nephew) and Joy Holmes, Debbie Goddard (John (nephew) and family), Terry Goddard (nephew) (Andrew Nephew), Jody (great niece) Alfie and Amber French, Julie and Ian Cable, Margaret London.

Unable to attend: Val Bird.

Floral Tributes were: In loving memory of a dear Mum, reunited with her beloved husband and son, you will always be remembered with love, Daughter Brenda and Son-in-law Eric.
