THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium on Friday, May 30, for Irene Rhoda Chipperfield, of Lowestoft, who died on May 16, aged 92.

The Rev Mark McCaghray officiated.

THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium on Friday, May 30, for Irene Rhoda Chipperfield, of Lowestoft, who died on May 16, aged 92.

The Rev Mark McCaghray officiated.

Main mourners were, Keith and Julie Leech, Peter and Lisa Leech, Gordon and Grant Osben, Karen and Kevin Booth, Chris and Rachel Booth. Many others relatives and friends also attended the service too many to mention by name. Unable to attend: Marjorie, Ann and Neil (sister and family Scotland).

Floral tributes were: In loving memory of mum, treasured memories of a dear and special mum, she was full of love, fun and laughter, Keith and Julie. Always in our hearts dearest nan, nana Chippy, will always be in our thoughts, love Pete, Lisa, Rhianne, Gordon and Grant. In loving memory of dear nana, dear nanna Chippy, you've left us with heartache no one can heal, but you love leaves a memory no one can steal, we have so many happy memories, Karen, Kevin, Chris and Rachel. In loving memory, so many happy memories of a loving sister and auntie, Marjorie, Ann and Neil.

The family wishes to thank all relatives and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy, beautiful floral tributes and donations being accepted for JPuH NHS Foundation Trust (Coronary Care Unit), c/o Critoph and Crowe, 49-55 Lorne Park Road, Lowestoft NR33 0RB. Special thanks to Dr Seehra and ambulance crews who attended to Irene, Rev Mark McCaghray for his comforting service. Will all please accept this as the only but most sincere acknowledgment.
