THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium on November 18 for Jean Edith Block who died on November 3 at All Hallows' Nursing Home, Bungay, aged 78.

THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium on November 18 for Jean Edith Block who died on November 3 at All Hallows' Nursing Home, Bungay, aged 78.

Father David Girling officiated.

Mourners were, Jayne Warnes and Jonathan Shreeve (daughter and partner), Hollie Warnes (granddaughter), Jose and David Hood (sister and brother-in-law), Diane Oxborough and Maurice Hoskin-Davies (sister and partner), Julie and Graham Burwood (niece and husband), Mark and Sheryl Hood (nephew and wife), June and Michael Catchpole, Mr and Mrs H Saunders, Mr and Mrs H Baldry, Mrs Sandra Wigg, Mr and Mrs Everet, Jennifer and Roy Blowers, Clive Saunders, Mr and Mrs R Reynolds, Brenda and Stanley Bessey, Janet Utting, Jim Saunders, Hazel and Nina, Lorna Todd, Julie and Graham Curtis, Barbara Shreeve, Jane Shreeve, Paul Warnes, Andrew Warnes, Jane Kozyrko, Doreen Gooch and Molly Carter.

Unable to attend were: Nigel and Carol Block (son and daughter-in-law), Jonathon Block (grandson), Mrs B Gilliver, Mrs Corey and Brent Corey.

Unavoidably absent were: Mrs Iris Owers (aunt) and Debbie Shreeve.

The family wish to thank all relatives and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy and beautiful floral tributes received. Thank you to Mrs Maureen Warnes for her donation to East Anglian Air Ambulance and Nigel Block for his donation to Cancer Research.

Special thanks to all staff at All Hallows' Nursing Home, St John's Road, Bungay and to Jose and David.

Funeral arrangements were by Anglian Co-operative Funerals, Police Station Road, Lowestoft.
