THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium, on Monday, October 27, for Mrs Jean Mary Hossack of Lowestoft, who died on October 14, aged 71.

THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium, on Monday, October 27, for Mrs Jean Mary Hossack of Lowestoft, who died on October 14, aged 71.

Father David Girling officiated.

Mourners were: Les Hossack (husband); Neil (son), Wendy, Emma and Jack Jones, Kevin (son), Tracey, Daniel and Lauren Jones, sisters Marie Newstead, Stella Baldwin, Joan Grimmer, Kathleen Catchpole, and brother Alan Myall, Julie, Kourosh, Darius, Sophia and Kianoush McCormack, Carl Randall, Jan, Meryck, Brett, Emma and Timothy Hossack, Lita, Martin, Sam and Holly Hossack. Allyson and Natalie Cairney, Deborah Moore, Patricia and Tracey Campbell, Malcolm, Maureen, Peter and Susan Down, Lynda and Andy McAvoy, Tracey Church, Peter and Kathleen Catchpole, Bob and Jackie Cooper, Mandy and Tom Bowen, Eddie Phillips, Linda Smith, Theresa Moll, Sharon White, A Fellingham, A Baldwin, Mrs E Mirgaux, Pam and John Robinson, June and Norman Holmes, Brian and Molly Dyble, Alison Bessey, Ernie and Freda Randall, Tony and Dennis Robinson, representing the Royal Marines Association were: J Greengrass, Wendy Montgomerie, Jennifer Rogers, Mr P Robinson, Joe Maude and Len Manners. Unavoidably absent were: Rene Wicks, Madeline, John and Nicola, Hazel Bowen.

The family of the late Mrs Jean Hossack wish to thank all relatives and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy, for the beautiful floral tributes and for donations received. Donations for JPUH NHS Foundation Trust are still being accepted c/o R Rivett Ltd, 15 Carlton Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR33 0RU.

The family would like to thank the James Paget Hospital Ward 1 nursing and support staff for all their help and support, the Royal Marines Association for their funeral guard of honour and the standard bearer, all the staff at the Cliff Hotel for the lovely buffet and R Rivett Ltd funeral directors for their kind consideration and Fr David Girling for a lovely service.
