THE funeral service took place at Kirkley Cemetery Chapel on April 2 followed by burial in the cemetery for Marguerita Joan Hurren of Oulton Broad, who died on March 17, aged 82.

The Rev Ian Bentley officiated.

Mourners were: Susan and Trevor (daughter and partner), Nigel and Yvonne (son and wife), Stacey (granddaughter), Wayne and Charlotte (grandson and partner), Dean and Lucy (grandson and partner), Joyce and William Fletcher (sister and husband), Neil and Sue Fletcher (cousin), Melanie, Philip and Henry Spencer, (cousin), Sue and Billie, Anne and Jimmy McFarlane, Pat Barclay, Linda Norman, Judith Adams, Donna, Terry and Janet Palmer, Jez, Nell and Richard Burwood, Dick and Lynn, Sarah, mum and sister, Mr and Mrs Coleman. Neighbours Jill and Steve, Sylvia, Betty, Bob. Friends from past times and old neighbours from London Road, Pakefield also attended the service.

Floral tributes were: Always in our hearts dearest mum, reunited with dad, two hearts joined as one, in peace and faith your loving daughter Susan. In loving memory of a dear nan, to nanny you will always be in our hearts and thoughts, it won't be the same not having my tea in a bone china cup or my dates at Christmas, you are sadly missed but not forgotten by both of us and we promise you we wont' get fat, love Wayne and Charlotte.
