THE funeral service took place at Lowestoft Cemetery Chapel, followed by burial in the cemetery on March 17, of Mary Rebecca Winterbone, who died aged 78, suddenly at home on February 26, in Oulton Broad.

The Rev Father David Girling officiated.
Mourners were: Janet and Brian Kilford (daughter and son-in-law), Ann and Chris Hitcham (daughter and son-in-law), Lloyd Kilford (grandson), Duncan Kilford (grandson), Emma Hitcham and Daryl Flagg (grand-daughter and partner), Mr J Winterbone, Dennis and Valerie Allcock, Mrs M Block, Mr B Sandham, Mrs J Rackham, Mr R Bullen, Mr K Lewis, Mrs J Foulger, Sally Harvey, Mrs A Youngs, Mrs Joy Pritchard, Joan Brockwell and Mr and Mrs F Page.
Unable to attend were: Jonathan Hitcham (grandson), Mrs P Winterbone and Mrs C Kilford.
