THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium on December 1 for Millicent Victoria Peace Garrod of Lowestoft who died on November 18 aged 90.
THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium on December 1 for Millicent Victoria Peace Garrod of Lowestoft who died on November 18 aged 90.
The Rev Marilyn Zipfel officiated.
Mourners were: Mrs S Hutchings, Mr and Mrs D Garrod, Mr C Garrod, Mr and Mrs K Bloice, Mr A Hutchings, Mr and Mrs D Batley, Jack and Aaron, Mr J Betts and Louise, Miss V Betts, Mr F Garrod, Mr and Mrs A Grief, Mrs S Wright, Glenna and Rory, Olive and Margaret, Mabel, Joan, Daphne and Emma. Numerous other friends, neighbours and representatives from the Suffolk Deaf Association and the Trefoil Guild also attended.
Funeral arrangements were by R. Rivett Ltd, 15 Carlton Road, Lowestoft, NR33 0RU. The family of the late Millie wish to thank all relatives and friends for their many kind expressions of sympathy and the beautiful floral tributes received. Special thanks to the Paramedics and police for their care and kindness, Rev Marilyn Zipfel and Alan for the lovely service and music played
