THE funeral service for Margaret Audrey Bultitude, widow of Orde William, who died peacefully on December 31 2007 aged 79, was held at St Marks Church, Oulton Broad on January 21 2008.

THE funeral service for Margaret Audrey Bultitude, widow of Orde William, who died peacefully on December 31 2007 aged 79, was held at St Marks Church, Oulton Broad on January 21 2008.

The Rev Marilyn Zipfel officiated and the organist was Alan Zipfel. The reading was from John 3, verses 16 and 17.

The mourners were Barbara Banks (cousin) and John Banks, Sheila Bultitude (sister-in-law), Julie and Terry Harrison, Adrienne and Ian Goodfellow, Hayley and Andrew Cleveland, Nicholas Bultitude, Kate Minty and little Beau, Michael Chester and Mark Osborne, Jean Allingham, Joan and George Boustead, Jonathon Bryant, Alan and Wendy Garrod, Josephine Gooch (also representing Mrs L Bultitude), David Greenacre, Dorothy Hale, John, Joseph, Amy and Beth Harrison, John Howell, Pat Hudson, Rita Hurren, Nicky and Phyllis James, Anne MacFarlane, Jean Moore, Andy and Eileen Moir, Jean Read, Olive Riches, Peter Riches, Graham Rushmer, Barbara Sanderson, Michael and Rosalind Sparkes (also representing Bridge Road Gospel Meeting, Vicky Smith, Russell and Zoe Sprake and Julian and Jean Youngman.

Those unable to attend:

Ralph Bultitude (brother-in-law), Mrs Jan Howell, Peggy Spelling and Margaret Harrison.

Following burial at Lowestoft cemetery a sympathy buffet was held at the Masonic Hall, The Avenue. The caterers were A Piece of Cake, Lowestoft.

The family and friends of Margaret would like to thank all those who have helped and cared for her during the past year, including the staff of the James Paget University and Lowestoft hospitals, the doctors and nurses attached to the Bridge Road Surgery, and Marilyn and her pastoral team at St Marks Church, Oulton Broad.

The funeral was arranged with sympathy and dignity by Anglia Co-operative Funeral Services.
