THE funeral service took place at Lowestoft Cemetery on Friday, September l9, for Mrs Patricia Doreen Marshall, of Lowestoft, who died on September 9, aged 78 years.

Canon John Simpson officiated.

Mourners were, Barry and Diana Marshall (son and daughter-in-law), Janice Baldry (daughter), Kevin and Suzanne Marshall (son and daughter-in-law), Donna and Russell Pointon, Kevin Baldry, Beverley Whyte, Ben Marshall and Marieke Scrase, Debbie Marshall, Chris Baldry and Jane Rooke, Tom Marshall, Robert Marshall, Sonny and Pat Chilvers, Terry and Norma Chilvers, Brian Chilvers and Rita, Monica and Billy Paul, Vona and Tony Paul, Emmie Paul, Kathleen Alerton, Irene Gill, Lenny Soanes, George Soanes and Sonia Gooch, Audrey and Len Smith, George and Joan Oldman, Mr and Mrs R Durrant, Bill Grey, Iris Bemment, Jackie and Andy Drake, Vera and George Tills, Jon Wilkinson, Diane Cook, Jenny New, Julie Grove, Mrs D Boggis, Margaret Codling, Rita Howard, Irene Fletcher, Jenny Chilvers, Brenda Taylor, Pam Burgess, Sandra Churchill, Joni Strutt, Trevor and Beryl Cox.

Unable to attend were: Phil, William, Elodie and Imogen Whyte, Erin, Harry and Thomas Pointon, Marie and Billy Banks, Jean and Wayne Wilkins, Jenny and Terry Stephenson.

Floral tributes were: A loving, kind and generous mum, you'll always be remembered and hold a place in our hearts, Barry and Diana. A sad goodbye to my lovely mum, love you always, Janice. Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day, unseen unheard but always near, still loved still missed and very dear, love Kevin and Suzanne. So many happy memories, so very missed, we love you Nan now and always, Donna and Russell. To Nan, always love you, Kevin. Dear Nan, we will miss you so much, love Chris and Jane. Dearest Nan, we will miss you but never forget you, love you always, Bev and Phil, Robert and Rachel. Dear Nan, thank you for the great memories over the years, we'll miss you, love Ben, Marieke, Tom and Debs. Miss you Nanny, love Erin, Harry and Tom. Love and kisses dear Nanny Pat, great grandchildren William, Elodie and Imogen. Farewell Sis, you will be missed, you brought great joy to a lot of people, Sonny and Pat. In loving memory of my sister Pat from Terry, Norma and family. Always in our heart, love Jean, Wayne and family, USA. In a sky full of stars there are always some that shine a little brighter, missing a special sister, love Brian, Rita and Matthew.

Funeral arrangements were by Powell's (Funeral Directors) Ltd, 221 St Peter's Lowestoft.

The family of the late Mrs Patricia Marshall would like to thank all relatives and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy and beautiful floral tributes received.
