THE funeral service took place at Pakefield Church followed by the burial in Kirkley Cemetery on Wednesday, March 10 for Patricia Maud Brooks of Pakefield who died on February 20, aged 87.

The Rev Heather Wilcox officiated.
Mourners were: Daphne Dye (Daughter), Robert and Leigh Brooks (Son and Daughter-in-law), Kathleen Cox (Sister), Cynthia Broomfield (Sister), Peter Cook (Brother-in-law), Susan Hart, Michelle Prior (Granddaughter), Andy and Terri Davis (Granddaughter), Robin Coleman, Victoria Coleman (Great-Granddaughter) and Paul, Robert Coleman (Great Grandson) Beryl and Frank Shillings (Nephew), Joy and Michael Dennington (Niece), Jill and Mick Bowen (Niece), Paul Bird (Nephew), Maureen and John Clarke (Niece), Susan and Ernie Fisher (Nephew),Heather and David Fisher (Nephew) Gloria and Mick Roper (Niece), Pat and Albert Ashby (Niece), Chris and Stephen Brooks (Nephews), Robert Jackson, Anne and Gordon Dye. Many other neighbours and friends also attended the service too numerous to mention.
Funeral arrangements were by R Rivett Ltd, 15 Carlton Road, Lowestoft, NR33 0RU.
Daphne and Robert wish to thank everyone who attended the service and for all the floral tributes and donations received. Donations for equipment for Stradbroke Court (Cheques payable to R. Rivett Ltd) are still being accepted c/o R Rivett Ltd. Special thanks to Doctor Derks, District Nurses and all staff at Hickling House, Stradbroke Court, to Rev Heather Wilcox for the lovely service and to Terry at the Tramway Hotel.
