THE funeral service took place at St Edmunds Church, Southwold on Friday, November 27, followed by burial in Southwold Cemetery, Reydon, for Peggy Irene Raven who died peacefully at home in Southwold on November 13, aged 89.
THE funeral service took place at St Edmunds Church, Southwold on Friday, November 27, followed by burial in Southwold Cemetery, Reydon, for Peggy Irene Raven who died peacefully at home in Southwold on November 13, aged 89.
Rev Peter Trendall officiated.
Immediate mourners were: Valerie and Peter Densham (daughter), Susan and Graham Godbold (daughter), Sarah Cookson (grandaughter), Matthew and Hazel Densham (grandson), Kerry and Paul Harris (grandaughter), Jenny and Kevin Wood (grandaughter), Katie and Megan Densham (great grandaughters).
Among others present were: Cissy Stannard, Mollie Hammond, Geoffrey Raven, Janette and Mick Bell, Rosemary Sutton, Kathy and Michael Mayne, Brenda Cook, Lisa Frain, Fudge and Douglas Palmer, Sonja Cooper, Dougie Palmer and many other family friends and acquaintances who also attended.
Unable to attend were: Andrew and Brenda Swan, and John and Pat Burnham.
Special thanks to Rev Peter Trendall for a very comforting service.

Valerie and Susan remain overwhelmed by all the cards and messages they have received also all the beautiful floral tributes. Thanks to Dr Stammers for mum's care over the last seven months and Fishers Funeral Service for their care and consideration at this very difficult time.
