THE funeral service took place at All Saints and St. Margaret's Church, Pakefield on March 9 followed by cremation at Gorleston Crematorium for Mrs Queenie Irene Martin of Pakefield who died on February 16, aged 93.

Canon Bob Baker officiated.

Mourners were: Marlene and Colin Smith, Diane and Richard O'Halleron, Phillip Smith, Richard, Samantha and Charlie O'Halleron, Karen and Archie Swann, Moira and Brian Carr, Helen, Emily-Grace Gore, Millie Stammers, Janice Stammers, Betty Willsher, Anne Everitt, Martin Sacks, Frances and Brian Sumner, Peter and Shirley Cousins, Robin and Phyllis Jones, Brenda and Edward Price, Janet Ellis, Mary Catchpole, John Turner, Helen Killett, Stephanie Clarke, Joyce Bryant, Marlene Hobson, Jessie Bye, Eric Bye, Melanie Vigo di Gallidoro, Thelma Bruce, Meryl Short, Beryl Bird, Mary Knights, Chris Brown, Mr and Mrs T Ludlam, Shirley Young, Jill Eaton, Jill Durbridge, Peggy Carr, Paul Carr, Billy McAleese, Nick Homewood, Pamela Leech and many other friends.

Unable to attend were: Ellen Wright, Richard Gore and Dean Stammers.
