THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium, followed by a thanksgiving service at St Edmund's Church, Southwold, for the life of Rae Campbell Davey, who died on August 26 aged 77.

The Rev Caroline Hallett officiated.

The family wish to thank the Rev Caroline Hallett for both lovely services and to all those who attended, everyone for their kind support, cards and donations for Ward Two, JPUH and to dear Jane (Haward) - words of thanks are not enough for everything you have done. Our heartfelt thanks go to Reydon First Responders' Tricia Scott and Linda Ladd, ambulance crew Carolyn and Chris and also to James Paget A and E Dept. Sincere thanks to the EADU and all on Ward Two, especially Sister Ali Thayne, Senior HCA Di Bachelor, Staff Nurse Jason Lee and Fishers of Southwold for the funeral arrangements.
