THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium on Wednesday, October 31, for Mrs Shirley Annette Foster, of Kingfisher Crescent, Reydon who died on October 21, aged 70.
THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium on Wednesday, October 31, for Mrs Shirley Annette Foster, of Kingfisher Crescent, Reydon who died on October 21, aged 70. The Rev Joan Oddy officiated.
Mourners were: Brian Burley (partner, also representing Allen Myers), Sandra and Michael (daughter and son-in-law) Esther and Joshua (grandchildren), Karen and Robbie (daughter and son-in-law, grandchildren Calum and Andrew), Eileen Holtby (Timothy and Beverly Burley), Tessa Burley and Graham Acton, Stuart and Julie Burley, Suzanne Burley, Paul Blyth and Faith Marie Riseboro (Robert Blyth and Winnie Noller), Neville and Doris Jarvis, Sandra Wentworth, Susan Webb and Beryl Whitear, Frank and Sadie Leabon, Roy and Irene Daynes, Garry and Mary Woodward, Derek and Ann Morter, Gordon and Lavinia Fuller, George and Mary Martin.
Floral tributes were: Shirley, we have undertaken and enjoyed many trips and adventures together over the years, but on this your last journey which you have prepared for with dignity and fortitude, I shall not be at your side, but my thoughts and love always, will be with you all of the way, with fondest love “Bri Bri” RIP. In loving remembrance of a dear mum, “It's all better now,” all our love, Sandra, Michael, Esther and Joshua. You're at peace now mum and thank you for everything, with love and appreciation from Karen, Robby, Calum and Andrew.
The family wishes to thank all relatives and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy, beautiful floral tributes and donations for Cancer Research UK being received c/o Critoph and Crowe, 49-55 Lorne Park Road, Lowestoft. Special thanks to Rev Joan Oddy for her comforting service and Critoph and Crowe for all their help and consideration at this sad time.
