THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium on Monday January 12 for Vera Eileen Brooks of Oulton who died on December 27, aged 83.
Father David Girling officiated.
Mourners were, Loving husband Brian, Mary and Michael Webster, Jean Brooks, Lynn and Colin Dolder, Rebecca Dolder, Rita and Nigel Cole, Pat and Lionel Kitchen, Trixie and Brian Gough, Jean and Peter Leatherbarrow, Bob Crouchen, Barbara Knights.
Brian would like to thank all family and friends for their many kind expressions of sympathy and for the beautiful floral tributes received. Special thanks to: Father Girling for the comforting service, Ward 15 James Paget Hospital and the Gwen Baker Ward, Lowestoft Hospital. Would all please accept this as the only but most grateful acknowledgement.
Funeral arrangements were by Powell's (Funeral Directors) Ltd, 221 St Peter's Street, Lowestoft, NR32 2LT.
