THE funeral service took place at Gorleston Crematorium on December 1 for Vera Irene Scott of Lowestoft, who passed away at Lowestoft Hospital on November 18, aged 89.

Captain Paul McDonough officiated.
Mourners were: Paul and Jill Scott, Valerie and Peter Godfrey, Stephen and Judith Godfrey, Neil and Maggie Godfrey, Darrell Scott, Kalvin Scott, Arthur Wright, Nora Doy, Jackie and Mike Larter, Maureen and David Tuttle, Sandra Wright, Dawn and Kevin Wright, Terry and Pauline, Richard and Margaret Godfrey, Susan Mortlock, Gloria and Keith Wilson-Sutter, Val Cannon and Joan Jenkins and Ruth and Ivan Risebrow.
Unable to attend were: Edna Larter, David Haylett, David Mortlock and Mrs R Scott.
Paul, Valerie and Family would like to thank relatives and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy, flower tributes and donations. Special thanks to Dr. A Drummond and staff of Gertrude Barwood Unit for the care and kindness to Mum and her family.
