THE funeral service took place at Kirkley Cemetery Chapel on Wednesday May 12, followed by interment in the cemetery, for Winifred Louisa Sampson of Lowestoft, who died on May 4, aged 93 years.

Superintendent Tim Jenkins officiated.
Mourners were: Mr John Sampson (son), Mrs Irene Sampson (daughter-in-law), Mrs Shirley Pullum (daughter), Miss Natasha Pullum and Mr Andrew Gouldby (granddaughter and partner), Miss Deborah Pullum (granddaughter ), Miss Michelle Pullum and Mr Robert Bullen (granddaughter and partner), Mrs Kerry Murray (granddaughter), Mr and Mrs Poole (granddaughter and husband), Mrs V Manister (niece), Mr and Mrs T Middleditch, Mrs Jean Martin, Peggy Smith (friend), Mrs Lesley Hepworth, Mrs Marcella Bird (family friend), Mrs Christine Holliman, Mrs Val Bird (family friend).
Unable to attend: Paul (grandson), Joshua, Tilly, Henry, Agatha, Wilfred and Eleanor (great-grandchildren), Andrew Murray (grandson), James, Daniel, Conor, Shannon and Brydee (great-grandchildren).
