Murder trial jury retires to consider verdict

The jury in the case of two young men accused of killing a Lowestoft father has retired to consider its verdict.

James Killingback, 23, of Denmark Road in Lowestoft, and a 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, stand accused of murdering John Vry in Lowestoft in December last year.

The jury at Ipswich Crown Court retired at about 3pm today and will resume deliberations tomorrow.
