Never forget

AS a cub leader of Kessingland I would like to thank all the members of public who stopped in their cars when we marched on Remembrance Day.

However, I was very disappointed at the people who did not stop as did they think we march in the middle of the road for fun? People even gave unwelcoming looks of disgrace.

The attitudes of people never seem to amaze me.

The act and purpose of Remembrance Day is something we should never forget. It is a thought that we should never go to war and that we should promote peace but if we did not what would happen?

So please, think about war and peace, and never forget those who have lost a loved one.

As a leader I have a great deal of fun with the children and currently at Kessingland we are looking for Scout and Beaver leaders so please support this worthwhile organisation and if you can support us and feel you could benefit the organisation please get in touch as the children need people who care.
