A Norwich jury were sent home from court because the defence barrister was diagnosed with suspected swine flu.

A Norwich jury was sent home from court because the defence barrister was diagnosed with suspected swine flu.

The jury was discharged by Judge Alasdair Darroch, who told them Kathy McCulloch had suspected swine flu.

The defendant, Roy Fenton, 34, from London, who has pleaded not guilty to sexually touching a young girl, will now face a retrial later in the year.

The jury had been sworn in on Monday.
