Only Men Aloud set to take to the stage at Marina Theatre in Lowestoft

An award-winning vocal group will be taking to the stage in Lowestoft later this year, The Journal can today reveal.

Classical Brit Award-winning vocal ensemble 
Only Men Aloud will be visiting Lowestoft as part 
of their 2015 UK tour – 
and tickets for their performance at the 
Marina Theatre on Sunday, June 14 go on sale today.

As winners of BBC Television’s Last Choir Standing, the Welsh ensemble have thrilled audiences throughout 
the UK and America with major tours, festival performances and appearances at prestigious events including the 
opening ceremony of the 2012 Olympic Games, two Royal Variety performances, the Ryder Cup opening concert and Strictly Come Dancing’s Christmas special.

Tickets for their concert at the town’s Marina Theatre go on sale today (Friday, January 16) at 10am.

The event is set to include popular songs such as 
Mr Blue Sky, Here 
Comes the Sun, Ticket 
to Ride and many more 
all given a unique Only 
Men Aloud twist in a concert set to showcase 
the versatility of the 

With more than a quarter 
of a million worldwide 
album sales to date, their fifth studio album ‘Only 
Men Aloud: On the Road’ is due for release in the summer.

Karen Thompson, marketing manager for the Marina Theatrem added: “We 
are delighted to have secured this terrific group and we expect demand for tickets to be considerably high.
