Joint service - To celebrate the refurbishment and redecoration of St Luke's Church in Homefield Avenue there will be a joint service on Sunday when the congregation of St Mark's Church will be joining them for the re-opening at 10.

Joint service - To celebrate the refurbishment and redecoration of St Luke's Church in Homefield Avenue there will be a joint service on Sunday when the congregation of St Mark's Church will be joining them for the re-opening at 10.10am. This is also Gift Sunday to support the chaplaincy work at HMP Blundeston. St Luke's is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2010 and plan to have an exhibition. If anyone has past memories, photos, press cuttings or special moments they are invited to contact any member of the church.

Art exhibition - The Lowestoft Art Group's annual exhibition of paintings and sculptures continues in St Mark' church hall until Monday. The exhibition is open today and tomorrow 10am to 8pm, Sunday 12.30 to 8pm and Bank Holiday Monday 10am-6pm. Free parking is available at the church car park.
