Chairman Jean Pattinson opened the April meeting welcoming members' club reports: Arts and Crafts, Strollers and Social Studies all doing well.

Speaker for the evening was Guy Barker on Early Spring Colour - his knowledge and passion for flowers, plants and shrubs was exceptional.

Drina Black invited members to an evening of Holistic Therapy by Linda Moore in aid of Waveney Women's Heath. Fundraising has begun and a cake stall raised £39.15. A coffee morning is arranged for April 23. The next meeting is May 14 when Mr Miller will talk about the Suffolk Punch Trust.
