Members were saddened to hear of the death of June Rackham a long serving member of the club and for many years was registrar.

A minute's silence was observed in her memory and a collection was taken in aid of St John Ambulance in lieu of flowers.

A minute's silence was observed in her memory and a collection was taken in aid of St John Ambulance in lieu of flowers. June had been a serving officer in the Association in the port. She will be greatly misses by the Friendship Club.
