Church services - Services on Sunday are 8am holy communion, 10.30am holy communion followed by coffee in church and 6.30pm songs of praise. On Wednesday there will be holy communion at 10am.

Fete - The promoting Pakefield fete will be held on Sunday 1 to 6pm on the Green between Pakefield Church, The Trowel and Hammer and the Jolly Sailors. There is a fun packed event planned for the afternoon including a brass band, donkey rides, arena events, folk music, local craft and produce stalls, side shows for children including swing boats, plus refreshments.
Wives Group - On May 27 several members enjoyed themselves at The Laburnams, South Elmham, where they were made very welcome and invited to roam the extensive gardens tended by Mrs Bastow. At the June 10 meeting Mrs Nichols gave a talk on deaf awareness. The group were surprised to hear that approximately 70,000 deaf people use the British Sign Language every day as their preferred means of communication. Sue C gave the vote of thanks and a donation for the Signing Choir. The next meeting on June 24 is life and fashions of the 1940s at 8pm in the church hall, Sunningdale Avenue. Visitors and guests welcome.
Teddy bears - Teddy bears and cuddly friends are invited to parachute from the church tower at the summer fete on Saturday, June 27 at 2pm, meeting on the field behind the church hall to register names.
