POLICE have launched an appeal for help in tracing a 54-year-old man who went missing from his Lowestoft home yesterday (Monday, March 29).
Roger Gibbs was last seen around 4pm but failed to pick up a relative as arranged at 7pm. Although he took some money with him he left his wallet and bank cards behind and there is concern for his well-being as his disappearance is said to be out-of-character.
Mr Gibbs is described as 6ft tall, of medium build with short thinning dark brown hair. He may be wearing jeans, a T-shirt and a jumper and also wears glasses.
It is believed he may be driving a blue Peugeot 307, registration HY52 FOU.
Police are asking him or anyone who knows where he is to call the duty sergeant at Lowestoft police station on 01986 835300.
