Police are appealing for help in tracing a 42-year-old man who went missing from his home in Wenhaston, near Halesworth, yesterday.
Simon Adams was last seen at his home address around 7.10am yesterday but when a family member returned he had gone and has not been seen since.
Efforts have been made to contact him via his mobile phone without success and there is concern for his well being as he is thought to be depressed and his disappearance is out of character.
Mr Adams is described as white, around 5ft 10ins tall, of medium build, with short shaven blond hair and wearing glasses. At the time he was last seen he was wearing dark trousers and a dark casual top.
It appears he may have left on his pedal cycle - a black mountain bike - but didn't take his wallet or any money with him.
Officers made a number of searches last night and these continue today, along with other enquiries to try and trace him.
